We bought a condo on Longboat Key, and it was only possible because of Sherri. Right from the exhaustive property search, property inspections, to the closing. As exhaustive this process has been, it was equally pleasant and wonderful. Her opinion was invaluable to us because of her immense local real estate knowledge, and that we couldn't be there to look at all the properties ourselves. I liked her positive "we can get it done" attitude. If it weren't for Sherri's help, I wouldn't have been able to close the deal within 2 weeks.

Cheryl handled our real estate transaction in a professional manner. We contacted Cheryl after seeing her listings on-line. Once contacted, in a short period of time she had several appointments for us to preview. It was such a pleasure to work with Judy to sell my mom's condo. Judy is thoughtful, engaging, and was very sensitive to the fact that we were selling the condo because my mom had passed away. In addition, Judy's experience with the market allowed her to estimate the selling price almost to the dollar! She was generous with her time and spirit. She sold the condo very quickly, at the amount she had originally quoted, with very little hassle and pain. I would definitely work with Judy again and would recommend her to anyone.

We had a wonderful experience working with Helen. She was able to rapidly zone in on my taste and requirements, and showed me several properties that would have been acceptable. We are really pleased with our new home! Helen provided enough factual information to allow me to make some decisions about the homes we viewed. I never felt pressured to accept anything less than the “right” home. Helen was wonderful support throughout the process. We are very pleased in the way that Marci handled this short sale. After meeting with Marci we went to the house and she said that it would be perfect for a short sale, as we had left the house in pristine condition. With some price negotiating the house sold fairly quickly. We were extremely pleased with Marci’s professional expertise and knowledge of the short sale process. She kept us informed of the progress of the sale and we found her to be a very caring person. We would most certainly recommend Marci any time the chance arises.
