Patty and I have to give Linda a big 5 STARS for her excellent service. First she provided us with a first class education as to the city of Sarasota and its surrounds after which she began to show us properties that were consistent with our needs and desires. We found the Michael Saunders web site invaluable for providing us access to all of the properties of interest to us. And Linda was always willing to answer all of our questions about each and everyone of the many properties that attracted our attention and was willing to show any of them to us. She speedily and cheerfully answered each and everyone of our many phone calls. Finally as we were prepared to place an offer, Linda helped us understand tax issues related to the various developments as well as HOA and other associated fees and costs - some of which were hard to spot. All in all, we could not have found a more effective, efficient and cheerful agent! As such, we are without any reservations in recommending Linda Driggs and giving her five stars.

My Wife and I have lived in two countries and in five states. We have had thirteen real estate transactions buying seven homes and selling six. In all these thirteen of these real estate transactions we have had excellent Realtors but Reatha Valera was hands down by far the best Realtor we have ever worked with. All of our other home purchases were work related moves so we confined our searches to smaller areas around the work location. For this home purchase that Reatha handled for us, we had no anchor point to start from. As a result we ended up looking in a very large area from Sarasota to Punta Gorda. She had complete knowledge of this entire area (and beyond) which allowed us to intelligently and confidently look at homes throughout the whole area. She listened to what we were wanting and found us the perfect home. We would recommend Reatha without any hesitation whether you are buying or selling a home. She is high energy, thorough, detail orientated and a just a really nice person to work with.
