We have known Tom for about 15 years and can say nothing but great things about him. Not only does he know the real estate business he has been in Sarasota for so long that he has many contacts with professional clientele and knows how to get things done. Our home is located out east and he did a phenomenal job getting our community recognized(Sarasota Ranch Club) as well as our home.We were fortunate enough to have our home displayed in the real estate section of Sarasota Herald Tribune recently. Jim was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and positive during our multiple visits over our 2-week visit to Florida. He was very friendly and was able to answer all our questions. We also never felt pressured to buy. We did end up purchasing a home to be built at Grand Oaks and we would highly recommend Jim to any potential buyers. He did a great job and we look forward to working with him over the next 9 months while our home is built!

You cannot know how many times I thank the good Lord and Jeff Weller my condo sold when it did. In addition, the high property taxes and condo affiliation fees were killing me. I have built a really sweet little lake house on Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs Arkansas.

Rob is the consummate professional realtor. He is quiet and unassuming; he listens thoughtfully and carefully at that; most of all he’s proven to be honest and trustworthy in all dealings. Not content with a completed sale, Rob does follow up. Sealing the deal so to speak, he showed concern by pointing us in the right direction for those things that tend to make themselves known before and after the purchase is complete. Pillsbury has put the “Real” in Realtor. Should other opportunities occur, we are confident we will call on Rob Pillsbury.

I wanted to take the time to tell you about the great experience I've had with your company for the second time. I originally bought my condo working with Celeste Dymnicki.
