Kathryn was on the case from the get-go. When I first expressed my plans to move to SW Florida, she found me the perfect rental while I became comfortable with the area. A year later I began to look in earnest to purchase a new home. When Kathryn took me to my current condo community in Old Naples, I was completely prepared to dislike it. As it happens, she nailed it. I bought one condo to occupy and one for investment: both were great decisions. I would like to say that we thought Jenifer Schwell did an excellent job in helping us sell my mother's house. She was always polite and friendly and easy to talk to, and work with. We apprecitae her being able to help us with the sale of the house.

I vote 5-star "EXCELLENT" for Kim. Kim Eskew, an associate with Michael Saunders & Company, is “the best”. It was a pleasure to work with Kim in order to get my rental condo in Parkridge sold and closed. She was efficient, knowledgeable, and a joy to work with. The unit was listed on a Monday and, by the following Monday, I had 5 offers, two of which were above my asking price. Kim went over these offers with me, pointing out the pros and cons, and quickly got the chosen contract signed by all parties after working through some back and forth negotiations. I wound up with $5,100.00 over and above my asking price. Needless to say, she and I were both very happy campers. I will not hesitate to contact Kim for any future real estate matters which may arise. Thanks again Kim!!

It was a pleasure to work with Susan Hilton of Michael Saunders & Company. We recently relocated from NH, and while we were anxious to find a home we were not in a hurry and made Susan aware of this from the start. Susan couldn't have been nicer or more patient. We never felt pressured or forced to make an offer and she was always available to offer insight and advice as well as answer any and all questions that came up. Susan is extremely professional, diligent and a great communicator. She was never too busy for us and we always knew what to expect next. I highly recommended her without any reservations and plan on using her in the future.
