Then, he works with you to identify the right fit for you and ensure you are comfortable and happy with the choice before proceeding. Janine came highly recommended to help my husband Steve and me shop for a home in Sarasota. What a stroke of luck to find her! Janine was supportive, well informed and hard working throughout the entire process. At a meeting before we even viewed a single home, Janine helped us target our perfect neighborhood (South Gate!), determine our price range based on her comprehensive understanding of the local market, and kept me focused on the features we required (garage and pool) even when I was distracted by less important bells and whistles. Janine was always available to walk through each new listing that fit our needs, and knew our style enough to agree when we knew we finally found the perfect house. Janine was at every inspection, delivered us to a great mortgage broker and negotiated/oversaw the repairs we required to close- and that was within the crazy confines of a thirty day escrow! Jim is a wonderful representative to work with. He is soft spoken, patient, and listens to what you have to say. Although enthusiastic, unlike other sales reps, he never pushes his product or views. When asked a question, if he does not know the answer immediately, he will research and get back to you. His professionalism instills confidence. We could not be happier!!
