We recently sold my home in Sarasota and were very pleased with Susan Mondello. She worked very hard to sell the villa, as I was unable to be in town, and had to turn it over to her completely, since I live in Chicago. She went beyond what we feel most realtors would do to accommodate our wishes and to finalize the sale, which we were very pleased with. She was always responsive, on time, and always got back to me within an hour of any of our calls. She handled the entire process and closing very professionally. Susan is very knowledgeable, as well as being extremely pleasant in every way.

Trails Dr. You provided thorough reporting on all activity with the house, as well as throughout the neighborhood, on a consistent and timely basis that helped us make smart decisions. In short, you did everything you said you would do. Although my brother was the main point of contact in the process, I'm certainly very pleased and impressed with your professionalism and integrity. Joan was extremely helpful in selling my sister's home in a difficult situation. My sister left on a vacation, had a stroke and never returned to the house. Joan helped us prepare it for sale, met service people at the home since we live out of state, and kept in contact constantly by phone, text, or email. She marketed it aggressively and it was sold in about a month.
