I recently worked with Marlene to sell my parents home. I was doing so from upstate NY while my parents were ill, at times confused, and moving between the hospital, nursing home, and respite care in FL. Marlene went "above and beyond" in so many ways...starting from our very first meeting with her until after the closing. She personally did some staging and facilitated some improvements. We met Sonya Myers when we went to an open house. She had the house prepared to show at it's best and she was very good about pointing out the important features of the home. We had a few questions she did not know the answers to, and she promptly got the answers on the spot or the next day, as promised. She skillfully guided us through the maze of financing, insurance and closing on the home. We found her to be very honest and professional in all aspects. We highly recommend her to other customers. She is very smart, and, although I believe she's relatively new to the real estate world, she has spent a lot of time learning all facets of the business, and when I dealt with her, she really focused on my needs and found potential homes that were all very good prospects. That has not been my experience with some realtors in the past. I would definitely recommend using her. You will not be disappointed!
