We cannot recommend John Mueller highly enough. John helped us make the move from South Carolina in a very short time frame. He listened to what we wanted and patiently presented our options. John was concerned with every aspect of the move and gave input whenever asked. He helped us make long-distance decisions and sent us photographs whenever possible to make certain we were making the right choices. We felt John was a friend more than a realtor! We trusted him implicitly and felt he had our backs. We were able to feel such confidence that we were making wise decisions. We've had a lot of real estate transactions, but working with John was the best! His quiet demeanor exuded confidence and professionalism. We will recommend to friends who are moving to this area.

Christina was simply amazing! She was so knowledgable of the area and its surroundings as well as the information on the building structures too. She was very patient with us not trying to push us into a sale .She knew we would eventually find something we could call our home . I made a big mistake dropping Jeff on my difficult to sell property for someone else. I now know from my limited experience how great a realtor Jeff is he knows electrical problems, boundary issues , you name it and is without equal.

My husband and I recently began our home search in Sarasota while still living in NC. Barbara worked with us remotely providing us not only with potential resales, new subdivision possibilities, but also information on the different areas of Sarasota. Barbara truly understood what we were looking for in a neighborhood, what was important to us in location, and our requirements in a home. During one of our home search visits, Barbara showed us a new subdivision "Sandhill Preserve" in Palmer Ranch. We immediately felt the location was perfect and the floor plans were exactly what we were looking for... The only challenge was purchasing a lot as they were all sold, and the waiting for the next section of lots to be released was not an option. Barbara knew a delay would not work with our timeframe; she stayed on top of the situation and she was instrumental in obtaining our lot, when other prospects were turned away. Without Barbara I would not be writing this email from the comfort of our new home in Sandhill Preserve! In addition to finding us the perfect lot, in the perfect neighborhood, Barbara went way above and beyond the traditional role of a realtor. She was instrumental in finding us a rental while our home was being built. Barbara came through! We closed on our NC house before our Sarasota rental was ready which meant our entire household needed to go into storage while we were still in NC. Barbara met our moving van at the storage unit on our behalf...again, Barbara came through! We've purchased and sold many homes, in many states over the years and I must say, I've never experienced such a professional and helpful realtor who was willing to go above and beyond the traditional role of a realtor.

We've been in touch, only by mail so far, with Bibi-Ann, for a few weeks. As we're from France, there are a lot of things that we don't quite understand about Real Estate in the States, so we've been asking many questions, and taking much of her time We appreciate that she did her best to answer, and cannot wait to meet her, as we'll be coming next week to Sarasota for holidays, and also trying to buy a nice condo.....

You are looking good girl!! We recommended you to our daughter Heather Kelley Martin in Jackson , Michigan when the possibility of Sam's Club Manager opening came up and her husband Zachary stood for the transfer to Bradenton. That did not work out----because they have a 13 year old son (Brock) who has autism and they wanted the best schooling for him and that was not here in Manatee county. So Zac turned it down. Patty spent the better part of a year helping us look for a home to retire from STL to Florida. Timing was difficult because we had to sell our STL home before we could commit to a home here. She was so patient, always available during our short trips here to house hunt and was a pleasure to work with. I would and have highly recommended her to friends! Linda is an excellent realtor. My husband and I wanted to sell my mother's home in Sarasota while living in Atlanta. I met with Linda one morning. She walked through the house and immediately made a number of suggestions. We listened to her, followed all of her expert advice and we are so glad that we did! Linda also referred me to a store for carpeting and to her superb painter. Both were able to meet with me that same afternoon. We got rid of old wallpaper, pink blinds and rose berber and replaced them with tan walls and new plush tan carpeting. The house now really looked like new. At Linda's suggestion, we didn't even have to stage it. She had it professionally cleaned and photographed. Linda and Renn, her assistant, were excellent communicators. We called, we e-mailed, we felt like we were always in touch and knew what was going on, even though we are in Atlanta. My husband is a realtor in Atlanta. He and Linda discussed the plan for the sale before listing it. Linda and Renn immediately forwarded all of the input from potential buyers. Even though it is off season, Linda and Renn sold my mother's home in one week! She gave us excellent advice about how everything works in Florida, which is quite different from Georgia. Linda knows the market, knows how to show a home to its best advantage, knows pricing and how to negotiate. We highly recommend Linda for her expert knowledge of Sarasota real estate, for her great communication skills, for her unbeatable team of professionals and for getting us a great price in a week!
