We could not have been happier with our decision to list with Helene Johnston. We listed our Plantation condo in April and it closed in August. Helene could not have been more professional than she was. She was always on top of everything and keeping us informed of everything that was going on. After the closing, Helene made a donation to a local charity in our name. It takes a special type of person to do something like that. Thank you to Helene and for being a true professional.

I had the pleasure of working with Steve Harris, as I moved to downtown Sarasota. Steve found the sweet spot between what I wanted, what I could afford, and the best value. He steered me clear of some misguided notions and gave me the information I needed to make a good decision. Steve's attention to every detail made the transaction go smoothly. We cannot thank Bambi enough for her professionalism and customer service qualities. We had researched and viewed dozens of properties in Charlotte County. Bambi toured us through each of the homes and provided background information. The property we purchased really made us feel we had arrived. During the purchase process, Bambi kept us informed. We have purchased and sold several properties; this was the smoothest transaction we have ever experienced. If our friends and family decide to join us next year, we will make sure they call on Bambi.

We are exceptionally happy with our new home on Casey Key. Our agents Mark McCann and Camille Schwabe not only directed us to the perfect area, but found us the exact property we wanted. They were accessible, knowledgeable, responsive, and courteous to us throughout the entire process. They represented us well when negotiating the purchase price of our new home. From the moment we met and spoke with Sandra Maslen she was knowledgeable, friendly, and focused on getting us the best fit for us. She is very knowledgeable about the market and the area. She gave us a mini-tour of the city as we traveled around looking at different properties, and it really helped make us feel welcomed and at home. I was skeptical about selling a property from out of state. The prospect of dealing with repairs, cleaning and inspections did not sit well with me. I thought for sure I’d be flying down every other week for one thing or the other. Tina listened when we said we wanted to sell quick with minimal up front expenses. She was like having an extension of my arm when it came to preparing the place for showings. She did a remarkable job marketing the place and this was evident when we received our first offer just three days after it was listed. I would without a doubt hire Tina again, as she put our interests first and we received every cent that we wanted from our property.

It was great working with Cheryl. She was exceptional and worked within our time frame. We were only in town for 3 days and she spent all 3 days with us. She worked with us before we arrived by sending photo's and checking on properties that we gave her. We would recommend her for anyone looking for a new home.

Theresa did a wonderful job for us. We had been looking for a home for a number of months and were getting frustrated with this area's housing market. Theresa was diligent and determined to find the perfect home for us. When she did find that home, she ensured we had every question answered and every concern addressed.
