Earlier this year, we lost both parents, and quickly found ourselves in the middle of an estate issue. The property needed work, and with us still in SE Michigan, we did not know where to turn. One of the residents of their building suggested we call Doug, and it turned out to be the best move we could have made. After speaking with Doug for a few minutes, if felt like we had known him for years. Any issue that came up, Doug had an answer, and steered us in the right direction. In a remarkable about of time, the property had been emptied, repaired, carpeted and painted. Doug also found a buyer for us, and got the best possible price for this property. Linda couldn't have been more amazing! She and her assistant , Renn, went above and beyond! I had already located to another state, and they handled everything for me from meeting repair companies at the house to having the house spotless for the final walk thru. I would hire Linda again in a heartbeat, and I would recommend her to every person considering a real estate transaction. She is so professional, and she knows her business! Victoria was wonderful, and made our house hunt as easy as possible! She was professional on every level, and incredibly patient as our house hunt stretched out over many months. When I decided to sell my home and buy a home in a different location, Linda was right there through the whole process. In selling my home, Linda's expertise shone through in the pricing and marketing. Not only did she make sure the home showed in the best possible way, she always kept me informed – never dictating anything, but giving me all the information I needed to make important decisions. I valued her professional opinion and asked for it often; she respected my wishes on every part of the transaction and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. In searching for a new home, Linda gave me many options, and she was tireless in looking for just the right home for me. She knew I wasn't sure exactly what I was looking for, and started with lots of different options. She was incredibly patient and encouraging, and carefully listened to my reactions to different homes. She listened so carefully, she would remind me weeks later that I had liked a particular feature of a home, and was looking for that feature in choosing other homes for us to visit. Her memory and attention to detail is impressive! When it came time to sell our condo and get guidance on a future purchase we immediately called on Marlene. We knew her reputation and work ethic.
