Jennifer was nothing short of a 5 star rating: Excellent!! My husband & I met Jennifer at a open house that she was hosting on a Sunday afternoon in Burnt Store Marina. She was friendly, knowledgeable, bubbly, & wanting to share her experience of moving from out of state to Florida. We were in the same boat, not knowing if Florida was for us permanently. We would have been relocating from out west. She worked with us for months, showing us homes locally & even taking us in every direction trying to satisfy our needs. She always had a great attitude, always smiling & laughing, & never made us feel like we were a bother. We looked at many homes; many of them 3 times. She only wanted to make us happy & we never felt pressured. I would recommend Jennifer highly & here's to the summer of 2014!! Miss you, girlfriend!!!!!!

Brian has been a terrific resource in our pursuit of a home in the Sarasota area. He possesses a great deal of knowledge in a large market area. His advice and experiences have proven to be incredibly accurate and informative. His follow thru before and after our purchase has been impressive-he goes above and beyond the call of duty! In addition, his advice in terms of property values and constructing the offer was a 'value-add' that resulted in meaningful savings. Brian was a complete joy to work with, he put no pressure on the search, in fact he encouraged us to 'go slow' and take our time. Over our lifetime we have worked with numerous realtors with varying skills. Excellent buyer's agent! Knows all areas locally in Sarasota and their nuances. Extremely honest and caring about her customers. Good about trying to find the right home for the needs and preferences of the buyer. Also very good with many needed contacts/contractors to help with the updating/maintenance of my new home. Has to be a good person since my dog made her one of his best friends and he is a great judge of character!
