Rob got our home sold in less than 5 days once we agreed with his pricing recommendation on our $2,000,000 lake home. He got the Buyer to come up another $200,000 in the negotiations and we were closed 28 days after we accepted the offer. Rob's vendor database was crucial to getting us out in such a short period of time. We continue to sell and purchase homes with Rob, both in Minnesota and Florida.

Rob listed our home and it was sold in less than 24 hours for $11,000 more than the number I had in my mind. We were looking for a good deal in a beach community investment property that would provide good cash flow and still allow us to personally use. Rob had knowledge of a condo that hadn’t yet been listed and brought our offer to the seller and we had our offer accepted with no counter offerings. It then appraised for $28,000 more than we paid for it. We were thoroughly pleased with the perfect execution of the sale. This is owed to Rob's experience and professionalism.

After working with Theresa and David for nearly a year, I can confidently and strongly recommend them for any real estate needs.
