Deborah's years of experience and familiarity with the Sarasota market are huge plus, both as a buyer and a seller--she represented us in both capacities. As importantly, Deborah knows how to efficiently close a deal, again, both as a buyer or a seller. She is tireless and extremely attentive to details. She has made the entire experience of selling and buying a house as stress-free and easy as possible. 6 stars would be a more appropriate rating.

We engaged Marlene Marshall to sell our investment condo at Island Reef on Siesta Key. Marlene is a seasoned professional and not only did she help us quickly update and stage the condo for sale, but she represented our interests phenomenally throughout the transaction. With Jody as the professional steering the transaction for me, I knew that I would be given the highest customer service that there is. She has an eye for detail and great negotiation skills to close the deal. Her professionalism, care and diligence were at the table from beginning to the end. Thank you so much for selling our parents house in Venice. You really took care of every detail from preparing the house for listing and inspection and cleaning out closets and the garage to locating missing paperwork! Lori, you not only provided excellent information about properties but you also gave your honest opinion when asked. You always went out of your way to provide us with detailed information regarding the property and neighborhood. Right from the moment we first spoke with you we got the feeling that you were the right person for us. John commented to me more than once how knowledgeable you were especially in an area somewhat new to you in 2011. You certainly did your homework. You were our GOLDMINE. On our initial trip to Sarasota we were not in a position to purchase a home at that time but that didn't seem to trouble you any.
