Rick did excellent work on our behalf in securing our new condo; his service far exceeded that of any we have had in the past. He remained level headed whenever problems came up; and kept the process on track. I most appreciated him explaining the unique differences in real estate laws in Florida. Rick’s clear and complete explanations made me comfortable in making the purchase. He saved us significant money in closing costs by knowing how to write the contract so we avoided unnecessary expenses. Finally, he went above and beyond performing the walk through and representing us at the settlement table.

Kristen Srur was there for us all the way through our search for a Sarasota vacation villa. She was knowledgeable in all aspects of real property in Sarasota and never gave up in helping us wade through any obstacle that we were confronted with. Her charming demeanor kept us on track and our purchasing trek was completed from beginning to end in one month's time. Marcia is first a very compassionate, caring, individual and then a well-honed professional. She puts her clients needs first and is always quick to respond to all your questions and requests. She has spent much personal time with us showing properties and has kept up contact with us, sending new condo listings that fit our very specific interests/ needs as we search for the right Condo for us to buy. Jen worked with us for almost two years exploring multiple listings, open houses and even taking pictures of properties when we were not in the area. She went above and beyond and never gave up looking. Through her efforts we found the perfect home. The home had all our "wants" and even some extras!- When the process of financing the property became a challenge, she remained optimistic. She worked through every obstacle with us, helping to facilitating a difficult and often stressful process. The closing ran after hours she was more than accommodating to our schedule. A month after closing we began some renovations and needed additional information about the property. Jen was able to follow-up with the seller and obtain the information. Doesn't get much better than that! We highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who is both caring and professional. She is a pleasure to deal with and her willingness to persist will make your search successful.

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for making the sale of my mother's condo such a seamless transition. There were a few tears here but I could not have asked for a better, kinder team in which to let go of a piece of the former life I had with my mom in Sarasota. I cannot imagine it could have gone more smoothly nor had more efficient agents looking out for me; to the degree that you even returned the cable boxes. Thank you again.
