I am so grateful that I had Jody's expertise and professionalism to make buying my Bradenton condo such a rewarding experience. From the first time I walked into the Michael Saunders & Company office in Bradenton, Jody treated me with respect and patience - so nice for a Canadian looking to buy her first place in the sun! She was very knowledgeable and realistic - and respected my desires and price range. Coming from France we appreciated this area, and thought that if there is a good opportunity, we would buy in Sarasota. We got in touch with B.J. Ratigan, and we would like to let you know how impressed we have been; probably the best professional Realtor we have met in our life. We bought/sold many houses and apartments in France, but we never had the chance to work with such a professional like him.
