I called to inquire about a property near IMG; Adam Cuffaro answered the phone and that proved to be our lucky day. We met and instantly could sense that he was a friendly, warm, pressure free agent. He immediately set up condo viewings. Our daily visits were akin to visiting condos with a family member who had all the information relating to the condos. He was able to work with us as well as distantly located lawyers and finance people to bring our selection to a speedy conclusion. After our experience, my wife and I feel as though we gained a new member of our family.

I am writing to tell you about the most wonderful home buying experience I’ve recently had with Elizabeth Van Riper. Elizabeth showed us numerous homes, and we fell in love with one. It was all so easy and seamless with Elizabeth. I’ve worked with a number of Realtors, but none of them hold a candle to Elizabeth. She’s gone above and beyond. Before I chose Stephanie Bugatti as my agent, I had my house on the market for four and a half months with another agency, and not one offer. I finally withdrew my listing and waited until the end of my contract period. Then I chose Stephanie, who sold my house in 19 days. Stephanie is a bright, energetic young lady who loves what she does, genuinely likes people, and is very hands-on in selling a house- advising clients on what they need to do to sell their houses; being at every house showing; getting feedback from agents after a showing; using her extensive contacts to bring prospective clients to view your house; and coordinating all the details between buyer and seller for closing. She does it all, and does it extremely well. Would I choose her again? In a heartbeat!
