Thanks to your help I have moved into my new home. Your patience and professional manner kept the focus on the type of home I really could buy and enjoy. Some changes have been done, with just a bit more to accomplish. Of course I would volunteer your name if anyone says they are looking for real estate.

Debra is the ultimate professional; she truly listened to our wants and needs and only made decisions in our best interest. Debra was always available, and treated us as if we were her only clients. Debra worked around our schedule, plus always returned our emails, calls, and texts extremely quickly. We needed someone we could trust to deliver what we wanted. I was impressed with how Rob helped us to solidify our preferences while he located several properties. Rob was very knowledgeable about the market to help us prepare a competitive offer, and he negotiated excellent terms on our behalf. One year later, I decided to search for a larger condo, and without hesitation, I called Rob. He helped us prepare an offer and successfully negotiated a sale. Rob went above and beyond in helping to allow us to close in two weeks. I listed our original property, and he quickly negotiated a very attractive deal, accomplishing the sale in a week, at more than a 20% gain in just one year. I can’t say enough about how critical Rob was for us to successfully complete all three transactions. His expertise and professionalism set an excellent example.

Larry and I want to thank Sheila for sticking with us. We started in 2012 looking for a small place to call our own as snowbirds. For 2 years we stayed in touch and whenever we were in Florida (Port Charlotte) and wanted to look around we contacted Sheila, told her what we wanted and she always accommodated our wishes. Our most recent success was when we purchased our home this past August. Sheila guided us through all the paperwork and processes that new home owners have to go through and made it all understandable. Then, when we had to return to our home state shortly after, she continued to work with us long distance and "electronically" to close the deal on our winter home. She completed the final walk-through before closing, took pictures of the home, and gave us all the names and numbers of contacts in Florida for us to take ownership. I know that sometimes new owners can be nervous and worrisome but her assurances and help in everything gave us the feeling that we were being taken care of right. We trust Sheila with our new home and were glad that a friend of ours referred us to her. We would be glad to do the same and refer Sheila for any interested homeowners!

We used June when we bought and when we sold. I can't say enough good things about her and enough thank yous for all the help she gave us both times. When we were ready to buy, the home June thought would meet our needs did meet it. In fact, the longer we lived in it, the more we realized what a wonderful home we had, and that shows that June understood us well. We were long distance buyers, but June was working here on our behalf, so our place here was ready for us when it was time to move in. When it was time to sell, it was only natural to use June again. Again, all expectations exceeded. It was the smoothest and easiest sale of all the homes we had owned over the years. June's expertise and professionalism cannot be beat. She will make every effort on your behalf, and do it graciously. Her service and professionalism were evident both times, and I recommend her with no reservations.

After deciding that our recently widowed mother needed to be closer to family, we had to find a realtor to sell her condo in the Meadows (none of us live in Florida which presented the first challenge). We found Terri after reviewing close to a hundred realtor profiles and decided that Terri would be a great fit... and happy to tell you, she was the perfect realtor for us! Terri's knowledge and professional manner, her calm presence and her attention to detail every step of the way turned a very challenging time into a positive one.
