We were looking for a good deal in a beach community investment property that would provide good cash flow and still allow us to personally use. Rob had knowledge of a condo that hadn’t yet been listed and brought our offer to the seller and we had our offer accepted with no counter offerings. It then appraised for $28,000 more than we paid for it. We were thoroughly pleased with the perfect execution of the sale. This is owed to Rob's experience and professionalism.

Working with Victoria was a wonderful experience. She not only helped us find a home but she was by our side until closing. She made sure we understood and did all the paperwork on our end and she stayed in contact with the mortgage company making sure they didn't miss our closing deadline!
