It was not a difficult decision choosing Bibi-Ann Allard and this made a difficult choice a much easier time. It was smooth sailing, we were fully informed all the way through and felt that Bibi-Ann was always fighting our corner. This is especially important when you are 1OOO's of miles away. To be very honest we kind of sat back a little and let Bibi-Ann get on with it. Truly the word exceptional does not do your company enough credit in this case.

Pam Sweeney & Sue Matteoli are two outstanding agents. From the time I walked into the office, to the time I closed on my new home, I had the benefit of assistance from two fine people who are true professionals. My husband and I have been working with Pam Sweeney to find a residence in Sarasota. Pam's sunny disposition, patience and professional manner have been evident throughout our search. With Pam's diligence in searching out comparable properties we purchased the property for a fair price. Since the purchase, Pam has continued to be of great help to us as we work through renovations and the usual activities people need to deal with when relocating. I can never say too much about Debra Gurin and how she worked so hard to find me the right house house in Port Charlotte and Porda Gorda area. Before Debra, other real estate companies could not get their self together and one cost me money in there mistakes. I was an out of state buyer, that could not leave my type of work. Right from the start I could see that Debra had skills that no one else had. It was an absolute pleasure having Victoria Stultz on our side as our realtor. She is truly a classy professional whose level of commitment, drive and passion sets her apart from others.
