Diana Fischer is the prime reason why we remained with your firm for several years in a poor market. Once the market picked up and we followed Diana’s recommendation on staging, we had three competing bids. Those bids gave rise to a myriad of problems because of the buyers’ idiosyncrasies. Diana solved all the problems promptly and diplomatically.

We love, love, love our new home, it’s perfect for us, and we couldn’t have done it if it weren’t for Alli Werner. She explained everything about buying a home so wonderfully. Our experience with Joan McMahon was above and beyond all our expectations. Her suggestion to stage our house was a good idea. She was a very hands-on type of person, and her explanation of all the steps of the sale was most helpful. We were very satisfied with the outcome on the sale of our house.
