Kay was wonderful in helping us through a very difficult time. We were selling my parents' house remotely (from Atlanta) after their passing. She was always available to help us with any questions; arranged contractors; met vendors; and was so responsive. The brochure she created to market the home was beautiful (photography and content). She also gave us superb tips on the best way to stage the home. She sold the house for the amount we wanted in just a couple of months. Thank you Kay!
