I found Marty a great assistance not only in looking for a house but also with all the other information I would need to make an informed purchase. From the 1st day we talked on the phone until I conclude my search she coached me through the complete process and if she did not have the answer it sure did not take long for her to collect the information. Our realtor did her research on the houses before she showed them to us, if she didn't have the information we knew she would find out and inform us. She made herself available most any time of day. Our realtor was always prompt and very professional, she never kept us waiting. She was a very pleasant person to work with. Our experience with Reatha Valera all in all was a very pleasant and rewarding experience, as we did find a house to our specifications.

Paul did a super job for me, in helping me buy my ideal vacation home in Sarasota. He was very diligent in both advising me in how to present the winning offer and in keeping me abreast of how the entire process was unfolding. He forewarned me of potential delays, and I could tell that he was working hard to help me overcome a couple of potential obstacles that came up. I am really appreciative of Paul's professionalism and hard work in assisting me all the way through closing.
