We had an outstanding experience in dealing with Richard. He was very aware of the type of home that we were looking for and ensured that the houses we looked at fit our criteria. In other words, no wasted time. He is also very patient and encouraged us to take our time. He invested more than a fair share of time to us in showing us around the Sarasota area and getting us comfortable in contemplating our move from Connecticut. At no time during the entire process did he exert any kind of pressure to hasten our decision. Overall a very pleasant experience and we would highly recommend using his services.

When I first contacted Sylvia I already knew the home I wanted. Sylvia was able to get the sales agreement executed. My mortgage was anything but conventional and Sylvia was able to help me with the ins and outs of an Obama mortgage plan. She was very professional throughout the entire process and put up with me during times of high stress and high emotion. I highly recommend Sylvia.
