I feel that Susan and Peter’s service was exceptional. Given Peter's effort on my behalf you may well have to find a stronger word than exceptional. The team of Susan and Peter are professional; caring and effective. The amount of effort Peter put forward to showcase the property was off the chart. The before and after pictures clearly tell the tale; coupled with their wonderful sense of humor and crisp knowledge. Peter was a stress reducing joy to deal with; and they were sensitive to the 37 years my parents spent in their family home.

Kandy worked with us to make our dream a reality. Kandy was attentive to our every need; kind and polite, well informed and very knowledgeable. Within two days we had found what we were looking for. Kandy has been working to make the complicated seem simple; making sure that the process of obtaining the loan and closing on the property goes as smooth as possible. At every point, given the care and attention that she displayed towards us, it seemed to us that we were her only clients. In short, she has been amazing!

Theresa was easy to work with and understood our likes in a home. My calls were either answered first time or shortly after. Ditto on emails. She made the process of buying out of state much easier then we thought. Would recommend her to anyone, excellent agent. Being a husband and wife team they compliment each other well. David was very informative, explaining different structures, mechanicals, etc of florida homes. Would definitely use them in the future.

Tammy Mast is a gem. She's smart, quick, tech-savvy, energetic, personable, and punctual. As a native of the Sarasota area, she knows Sarasota and Manatee counties exceptionally well, neighborhood by neighborhood. And most of all, she understands her clients and their needs. Marcia was very professional, understanding & compassionate while finding a home for my 94 yr old father who was moving to FL from NJ after living in his home for 54 yrs. We spoke to Marcia in June & told her what he was looking for and he would be down for 2 weeks in July. She had it all set up with several homes for him to look at, the second home was the one he fell in love with. He made an offer, it was accepted, and less than 3 weeks later he was closing on his new home in FL. Thank you Marcia!
