Shelia was absolutely wonderful and I highly recommend her services, especially if you are relocating. She was so patient with us trying to decide what type of home we actually wanted for our retirement and what location. She worked with us a year before we actually bought, showing us all around Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte, helping us narrow down our search. Her knowledge of the area and advice were very helpful in our decision making. When we narrowed down our area and I flew into town to view properties she lined up all the showings I requested and spent time with me at each property. When it came time to make an offer she helped me line up financing, the house inspection and all the details. She was always a pleasure to work with.

Pam Sweeney did everything anyone could ask of an agent! I told her that I was looking for to buy; $100,000 or less in a 55 plus community. She quickly emailed me 7 properties that exactly fit those guidelines. As soon as I was in town, she showed me those and others. I really liked the one that I ended up buying and we offered a contract. However, so did two other buyers at almost exactly the same time. I know that I never would have gotten this villa without Pam's sales efforts with the seller. Pam is pleasant, smart, and always there when I phoned.

I purchased a home in Palmetto with the assistance of Cheryl Roberts. The service and dedication I received from Cheryl was exceptional. Regardless of the time or day she was always available at my service. I was in a strict time constraint and I needed to relocate from Brevard County to Manatee County all within 90 days. I was doubtful that I was going to find the perfect home, but Cheryl Roberts did just that! I truly love my new home and Cheryl made the entire process stress-free!

I would recommend Michael Saunders & Company to anyone. The service was exceptional, especially that of our Realtor Karen Burket. She was wonderful; always cheerful and friendly, she listened to us and drove us around to many listings, both those she had pulled up and ones I had researched on my own. It is obvious Karen loves what she does. She found us a home we love and can afford. Karen has also assisted us after the sale by letting workers in the house for estimates or servicing; this was above and beyond and we are most grateful.

We appreciated the considerate and efficient service that Carol Cohen provided in our search for a home. Carol patiently showed us many possibilities that resulted in our purchase. The purchase was awkward for her because she is both the listing and selling broker. As a Michigan broker myself, I appreciated her even handed handling of her dual responsibility. She provided the information that we required without in any way divulging any information that related to her relationship with the sellers. Carol is a very professional, efficient and pleasant person to spend time with.
