We had been renting on Longboat Key for three winters, and we started looking at properties with Mel & Jan Goldsmith during our very first winter. What was so good about working with the Goldsmiths was that they never pressured us to buy something, just to buy something. We found a townhouse that we really liked, and eventually bought. Mel and Jan practically held our hands as they walked us through the process of buying a Florida property. We had an excellent experience and appreciate the Goldsmiths for helping us find a place we really love.

After a negative experience with another realtor, we contacted Richard. He worked diligently to sell our house, and he found buyers who loved our house. We especially liked how he kept us informed after each open house. It was a very positive experience, and we highly recommend Richard Perlman.

It was very comforting to know John was working for us while my wife and I needed to quickly purchase a home in a preferred area of North Port, FL. I was impressed with her professional business like manner and her earnest endeavor to help me make a last minute offer on a home after other realtors showed no interest in helping me. She worked with me getting the necessary paper work completed for my offer when I was running out of time. Her exemplary efforts are very much appreciated.

Kevin Mackin worked tirelessly during the whole selling process. No matter what the challenges were, Kevin never gave up. Many times we were tempted to give up and walk away, but he always worked through the issues and kept us on track. Kevin's professionalism and people skills are well known on Palm Island - he is often teased by residents who love to claim that he's the unofficial "mayor" of the community! Kevin truly goes beyond the call of duty and always gives 200% no matter what! We were thrilled to get our house sold.

Recently we sold our home with the help of your agency and had great success and a very positive experience.
