We met Beth at an open house. We really were just in the looking stage, We then engaged Beth in conversation about Sarasota real estate and even though we told Beth we were not at the point of being "serious buyers" Beth was very open and willing to share so much information, even though she knew that it would not necessarily wind up in a future sale to us. Generally we really liked Beth's personality and honest approach to things.

It was a pleasure utilizing Doug and The Michael Saunders Co. for our search in the Sarasota beach area. He was very intune with the market and the associated building details on all the condo's in the area. His personal knowledge helped us find what we believe is the best building " St. Armands Tower South " which we now currently own. We presently reside in NJ, Doug made this long distance transaction very comfortable for us as we were able to go through most of the entire process including the closing without having to fly back n forth multiple times which helped to save us considerable travel dollars. We would most certainly use Doug for all future purchases in the area's that he covers. 5 Star Rating...

Linda was a delight to work with. She is most professional, thorough, helpful and goes the extra yard to provide buyers with information in regards to their special needs and inquiries. And even after closing, she is their to provide additional information or assist the buyer with their transition into a new neighborhood. We would highly recommend her without any reservations.

My husband and I were looking for a second home in the Parish area about one year ago. We chose Michael Saunders Realty because it was recommended to us. We walked into the office and Sharon spent time listening to our needs, took us out to look at properties, but we decided to wait. Sharon kept in contact with us with occassional mail so when we were ready to start our search again there was no doubt about calling Sharon to work with us. Sharon was prompt at returning calls, answering questions unlike other realtors that seemed to be to busy to do these things.
