I would rate Katie as excellent! As a buyer from overseas, I was very nervous about the whole process of property purchase. Katie could not have been more reassuring and helpful. She was encouraging and forbearing when I was having second thoughts, without pressurising me at all. At times, I must have been the client from hell with all my questions, but Katie patiently dealt with them all. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Thank you!

Leigh Simons is the best! She was very thorough and provided great advice and many helpful hints to ensure my home sold quickly and with a stress-free closing. Leigh also went above and beyond with customer service granting entry to repairmen, appraiser, and even helping with moving day. I would defnitely recommend her if you are looking to buy or sell.

When my husband and I started looking in Punta Gorda, we were looking for homes on the internet. Having found one we liked, we hit the "contact brokers" key, which then put us in touch with several agents, including Debra Gurin. For our own reasons, we requested that the agents contact us by email only for now, no phone calls. Of the five agents that our request went to, Debra was the only one to honor our request. She listened! And continued to do so during the ensuing several months. She dedicated many weekends to us, when we'd fly in and she'd show us two very full days of homes. Her patience and her mission to get us the house we wanted was unwavering. Debra understands that home buying is a process, and the educational part of it takes whatever time it takes, depending upon the buyers. When we're ready to get back in the real estate market, Debra Gurin will be our first choice.

I did receive exceptional service from Dianne Corcoran. Not only did she help me find the perfect house, she showed me around the area and pointed out many areas of interest. Dianne walked me through the entire purchase, explaining what and why I needed to complete certain tasks, set up the various inspections and made sure everything was in place for closing. She was friendly and professional. I was very pleased that she was my agent.
