We would like to express our thanks and appreciation to Nancy Phillips for her efforts in arranging the sale of our home in University Park. Her integrity, expert assistance, attention to detail and ready availability, eased what could have been a very stressful event. She went the extra mile in facilitating many of the logistical problems associated with our move, even going so far as finding us a Realtor in Northern Virginia to arrange the sale of our home there. Upon the sale of our home in Virginia we plan to return to Sarasota and Nancy is assisting with this effort as well.

Genny was most helpful and gave us info on homes that fit our requirements. We were just looking at the time as we had to wait before selling our home in California. She maintained contact with us, and when we came out this year, she showed us numerous, very nice potential homes. We decided on a home and she was most helpful in submitting the offer and the follow up negotiations. Genny is certainly a gem. We would highly recommend Genny, as she is one of the most dedicated Realtors we have ever worked with in over 35 years of real estate investments.

I received a call from Joanne Jenkins and I could tell immediately that she was the agent for me. She was positive, patient, compassionate, and extremely helpful. My criteria for relocating to Bradenton was a bit challenging to say the least; that did not interfere with her going beyond the call of duty. Her determination, along with her positive attitude filled me with confidence. I have already told several of my friends about Joanne; I let them know that they would not find a more willing and helpful agent. She is the epitome of the best you can get in a real estate agent!

We had the fortuitous experience to link up with Julia McClung. She was an absolute delight to work with; assisting us in making a successful purchase and went well beyond the call of duty in helping us negotiate a Bank repossession sale that proved to be challenging. Ms. McClung persevered and never was deterred. She was professional, tactful, persistent and very helpful with thoughtful recommendations. Michael Hays proved to be the best agent I could have asked for! He was prompt, accurate, resourceful, communicative, following up on all aspects of the sale. He is the best! Next year when I get ready to put my house on the market, I want to work with him both to buy a smaller house and to sell this big house.

Jo-Anne Sckowska provided the most pleasant and efficient service we have ever had in buying or selling a property. She gave us a specific description of the competition we faced and priced the condo far more realistically than we otherwise would have.
