We were very happy with the service you provided. Our initial experience with another agent was not that good. You stepped in and found us a great rental place in Palmer Ranch. We found that you were always very responsive and helped us navigate the rental process. It was our first time renting in Florida so we were very new to the process. I have purchased and sold at least five homes in my lifetime. Jennifer was the most professional agent I have ever used. She made this experience so pleasant for me. I had no worries with her on my team. I would never ask anyone else to be my realtor. She is smart as well as a tough, no nonsense, negotiator who will do all she can to protect your interest. On a multimillion dollar deal she was able to bring both sides to the table and close which no other realtor was able to do. For my money, Mrs. Dwyer is the best!
