I want to say a big thank you to Diann Thelen for a job VERY WELL DONE in renting out my Condo. She has been most professional, efficient, helpful and most of all kind and friendly. I recently worked with Theresa and David on the sale of my home. Though it can at times be a complicated process, Theresa worked very hard to make it as smooth as possible for me, which I totally appreciated. My husband and I have been coming to Siesta Key for over 30 years. And for 30 years we have dreamed about owning our own place. Jim McElhinney provided outstanding service as he listed and promptly sold my mother's house in Bradenton, FL. It was a long distance transaction as I live in Los Angeles and had family and job commitments that precluded me from traveling to Florida. Jim handled everything! It was the smoothest real estate transaction I have ever experienced. Jim was immediately responsive to all my questions and needs. In addition, he is friendly, courteous and has a great sense of humor.

I first met Nicole at a private house showing and I knew right away that she had an excellent work ethic, a super positive attitude but most of all, an extreme knowledge in home sales. I think the added bonus is that she has a law background which is helpful in the reading of documents. I knew she would be amazing at selling my home and helping me find the perfect home to purchase. I have bought and sold many homes in the past and my experience with other agents has always been a pretty mediocre experience. Nicole has made this super stressful time a complete joy. She has truly gone above and beyond her normal duties as a real estate agent because she meticulously and diligently had to deal with the title company of a bank owned property. Nicole truly works for her client's best interest with a positive and professional attitude. I would highly recommend her to anyone I know. I know we will remain friends even after the sale.

Hi Sandy, As I mentioned on the phone, the person to whom I showed this property liked it, but thinks it is over priced. You mentioned the one on Pine Needle that sold for $850,000. I'll ask him it he wants to see it again. You never know. Actually, the loved the Sanderling Club. Nice listing.
