Laura is a true professional. I have rarely met anyone with such attention to detail and the ability to get the job done quickly and effciently. Having been on both sides of real estate transactions now with Laura I can confirm she works equally well with the Buyer and the Seller. As a person that seeks understanding I found Laura to be an excellant fact finder and extremley patient as she worked through all of my questions. Laura's calm personality serves her well as an agent and I appreciate the opportunity to have been able to have her by my side over the past few months. My wife and I have worked with Sherry and Matt on several transactions - both buying and selling homes.They were great to work with when selling, bringing expertise in staging the home to sell and were realistic in setting the listing price.When buying a home they took the time to learn about our family, our needs and wants. When they brought homes to us to see it was clear they listened, taking us to only houses that interested us and if there were “other” options they clearly set the pros and cons before letting us make the decision to see the house or not. That saved us countless hours in the process.During all our interactions with them they were responsive, professional, realistic and honest.I have referred them to several friends and family and will use them again!

We arrived from Texas to look at homes in the Sarasota with no knowledge of the area. Our friend and real estate agent from Texas (Shelly Seltzer) recommended Stuart and Laura as the absolutely the best! They gave us the opportunity to see the homes we found online and quickly understood our interests and found the neighborhoods we would likely prefer. They even picked out a home we hadn’t selected as something we would love and likely buy. If it weren’t for some contracting issues, we would have purchased that home. Marcy Davis came to us via a referral from friends whom she helped to purchase their new home. We certainly did not make it easy for her as we were living out of state, therefore we were not able to view homes in person. When we decided on a new home build, Marcy ensured that we had all the information we needed. When it came time to do a walk-thru during the construction phase, Marcy and met with our construction foreman and conducted a video call with us during the almost 2 hour inspection. They also recorded the walk-thru for us as there was so much to see and remember. Marcy also provided us with referrals for doctors; an attorney (if we needed for the closing); local attractions, etc. We are more than happy to recommend Marcy to anyone in need for a realtor. Thank you Marcy for everything you have done to make our move to Florida a great experience.

If I could I would give Bridget 1 million+ stars! We started house hunting in a tough market. She never gave up, listened to what we wanted and found a house we are in now that is so amazing. She gave us excellent advice and feedback during the entire process. It was a great experience. We will definitely work with her again!
