We are writing to praise Anna Kaminski. We were thinking about selling our condo and buying a house. Anna came to conduct the showing, when we returned Anna met us with a big smile. We said "are we getting an offer" and her response was "no, you are getting two offers". While waiting for the agent and clients she ran into another broker showing in our building. She said you need to look as this condo too. We completed the sale and bought our house. Mike Nink is a superb agent! He was always so gracious with any concerns I had, he dealt with things quickly and efficiently. When there were glitches, he always said "no worries, I'll take care of it" and he certainly did. The property we ended up buying was in a neighborhood that holds its value; we had no idea how to bargain on this property but he was right there advising us every step of the way. We have already recommended him to some of our friends. Mike makes going the extra mile a way of life.

I can't say enough good things about Susan Matteoli. From the start, she arranged a schedule of homes for us to view on our limited trips to Sarasota very adeptly and efficiently. She is extremely professional, yet friendly and personable. She continually went beyond the call of duty and arranged for estimates for painters, inspections, and other handymen since we were in Connecticut. What a wonderful resource she was to us. We felt so grateful for all her support. She really made the home search and buying process so much easier- even though we were out of state. We valued her knowledge of the market and her counsel as "our" agent. She is a gem!

We met Kandy at an open house and knew immediately that she was a professional we would enjoy working with. Throughout the buying process she was extremely helpful and her knowledge of the real estate market in Sarasota made our experience easy and fast. Kandy solved every problem that popped up, she offered advice when we requested it, and was able to provide information on area services we needed to complete our transaction. Not being from Florida, Kandy's help proved invaluable. We are happy to say that we settled on our property in March and are anticipating our first visit.
