I would highly recommend Jennifer Taberski to anyone looking for a home. Living in NH, you need to have great trust in your broker to finalize a long distance transaction and she was fabulous. My husband and I recently made a major move from Michigan to Florida. It was true divine intervention that we found Sandra Maslen. There are many realtors that just want your listing or fill a contract out to purchase a home, and you may only get those few interactions, and their job is done. Sandra is not that type of realtor or person, she will pursue all avenues, hold your hand through the process, educate you about perspective neighborhoods, always answers your call, she goes past any expectation you may have and then still go past that last curve ball or hurdle you as a customer might not see coming! If you need a caring and professional realtor, than feel very good about having Sandra there with you every step of the way. We honestly can say we are happy homeowners after pursuing and purchasing a short sale home. The realtor that made it happen was Sandra Maslen! We will and would highly recommend her. We are still actively working with Sandra Maslen on the sale of our home (under contract, closing June 2014) however I wanted to take the time to write a note commending Sandra on the outstanding job she has done thus far for us. I met Marybeth when she was a newly licensed agent in Nashville, TN and was immediately impressed with her drive and passion for selling real estate. She is the agent who wants to make sure she listens to your wants and needs before setting out to open doors. She has a great gift when it comes to finding the perfect home for her clients based not only on what they have told her, but what she observers during their home tours that is communicated by body language or off hand comments. I have followed her career for over a decade and never have any qualms about sending her referral business. I would be extremely comfortable having her personally represent myself or my family in the purchase or sale of real estate...and that is from the perspective of a veteran real estate professional who is very picky.

I want to thank Michael Saunders & Company for the wonderful service I received recently on buying a home in Sarasota. My agent was Debra Hauge and she was wonderful. This was my first experience with buying a home on my own. She was with me every step of the process and made everything happen in a timely and smooth manner.
