Cheryl Roberts is an amazing woman and realtor. She helped us to find the perfect home in Sarasota and then helped us to buy a beach cottage in Anna Maria Island. Cheryl worked tirelessly, driving us everywhere, looking at everything for sale in our price range. We would work on lists together and she would advise us of the homes that met our criteria. During this time I could not believe the boundless energy that Cheryl exhibited. Our first Christmas in Sarasota, our in-laws came for a visit. When relocating from out-of-state Cheryl Roberts provided the knowledge of the Bradenton area that we needed. She had the patience required to help us when my husband and I were going through a difficult transition period. We are more than happy clients. Moving is extremely stressful but with Cheryl there to walk us through every step, we were able to get through it relatively pain free!
