We worked with Marlene to find our retirement home and we had a lot of demands. Nothing we asked of her was overlooked. She was prompt with her responses whenever we had any questions and never made us feel as if we were being unreasonable. Michael Bruno and Michael Cochrane were a joy to work with. They were professional, caring, on top of things and in communication with me at all times. They both gave 110%. There were unforeseen difficulties to be dealt with. They never hesitated to plunge right in and help. In my opinion they went above and beyond the call of duty. After years of trying to sell our home in Burnt Store Marina with different companies and agents, it was passed along to me all good words and deeds of Ken Parr. The office on Burnt Store Road treated us as though my Islamorada location was the most pricey, expensive listing in the marina vs. as it was the very least! It was indeed a fun and pleasurable experience just to phone them, they had answers to every situation.

We found a total jewel in Karen Williamson. Karen hung in there with us for months, over a year to make up our minds. She was always patient, kind and professional. Being out of state, it was difficult for us, as we didn't really know what the areas had to offer.
