We were given Neddy's name on recommendation from our friends who had purchased a home with Neddy's help 6 months prior to our search in Sarasota. She was the ultimate professional who assessed our needs/wants and took her time in showing us upwards of 20 units. She let us make our decision, always providing information as needed without the pressure or push some agents resort to. She encouraged where necessary and guided/reassured as needed. She took extra time and care as we were from Canada and needed extra information at times. We purchased our home in October of 2011 and have never been happier. We would recommend Neddy in a heart beat! and did - she also ended up selling a home to very dear friends of ours 6 months after our purchase on our recommendation of her.

We met Neddy Harkins in March of 2012 at one of her open houses in Bradenton. We were vacationing and fell in love with Bradenton. We had our home listed for sale in New Jersey and Neddy kept us updated with new listings until we were ready to buy. Neddy was a pleasure to work with.

Carol Thomas was recommended by a friend. At first I was skeptical because she worked out of Siesta Key and may not want to waste a lot of time with someone on a small budget and looking in the Venice area. Boy was I wrong! From our first contact she treated me as if I was her best friend and was going to get me a great home. She exceeded all my expectations and was always available with great advice. Kudos to her and everyone in Michael Saunders & Co. who helped me get through the nerve wracking home buying process.
