I'd like to take a minute of your time to tell you how much my Husband and I think of Celeste Dymnicki a representative from one of your Sarasota locations. Celeste was persistent, knowledgeable, gracious and very determined. She made the whole buying process, with all the inspections and paper work, virtually painless. This was definitely a whirlwind house purchase and Celeste was diligent about warning us of pit falls and Florida law. She was really wonderful to work with.

My husband and I feel so fortunate to have come across Theresa's profile and even more fortunate she was able to work with us! She is so knowledgeable about the area, real estate, and home ownership in general and was able to answer every question and more that we threw at her. She made the experience fun but when it came down to negotiations that was when we really were impressed. We always felt supported and that she was working for our best interest. Right from the start I found Robert to be a highly professional, very knowledgeable, persevering and accessible agent, never too busy to answer any questions or concerns. I have always heard that one of the MOST stressful things to do in one's life is to sell or buy a home and I was dreading it. Joanna is fantastic! We contacted her out of the blue looking for a house. We were in town for 1 week and Joanna gave us most of her time to help us. (Only spent time away from us on her previous commitments.). We left Sarasota with a fantastic house in one week. She gave us great advice on bids and I am sure she saved us money. We are now in the process of bidding on another house and she is once again giving us her time and wonderful advice. We could not ask for a more involved and conscientious realtor to help us with these very important purchases.
