I had the good fortune of meeting Dan Freed at an open house, where I was extremely impressed by both his professionalism and friendliness, and I immediately asked if he would be willing to discuss the sale of my late father’s home. A few days later, Dan met me armed with extensive information and presented me with an exceptionally helpful and informative report on his approach to marketing and eventually selling the home, which he did very quickly. There were a few bumps along the road to closing, which Dan navigated expertly and confidently. From start to finish, Dan always went the extra mile. I sincerely believe there isn't a better real estate agent anywhere. He is one of the most honest, hard-working, kind and thoughtful gentlemen I have ever known, and I will proudly recommend him to any and all of my friends and associates.

Working with Mary Sauve is the second best thing to happen to us here in Florida, the first best was getting the keys to our beautiful new condo! Mary has been the consummate professional, whether it was needing an extension on our closing, to getting insurance, it was “no problem”. She even offered to get us some groceries for our arrival - so nice! Mary is the perfect balance, always there when we needed her but totally gave us all the space that we needed to make the right choice.

The best testimonial one can give a realtor is how well he/she performed in finding and finalizing a purchase on behalf of buyers who were not physically present. Based on an exploratory visit to LBK Tom set to work,understanding well our needs. He found a prospective condo, one not yet on the market at that time, undertook all the research we asked for, and communicated in a very timely manner -- all while we were in another state. Tom's hallmarks are friendliness, due diligence, deep knowledge of the local market, and timeliness. We would have no reservations in recommending him to others.

Rise' Wells is a wonderful real estate agent. She went waayyyy out of her way to help me find just the perfect properties. Rise' was always available whenever I called, and she kept me informed with all the needs of closing a property, things I just didn't know. I respect Rise' and her work ethic, she is my friend.
