We have used Tom Delaney of Michael Sanders to help us find, purchase and sell several properties. Tom did a great job in each case. For our first venture into Sarasota, Tom asked a number of questions (amenities, price point age, size etc), and then took us to several properties, all of which met our criteria. He also took us on a tour of Sarasota, and discuss location options in detail (waterfront, inland, condo, home). Tom worked with us through each step in the process and gave sage counsel around the offer process. Since that initial purchase, he has stayed in touch and kept us abreast of the market. Tom has become a friend and is great guy with whom to have a drink.

Tom did a fantastic job of finding us a gulf front condo on Longboat Key. He was extremely knowledgeable of the market and he was always very professional and thorough. Tom was always accommodating with his time to show us many properties and he was truly a pleasure to do business with. We would recommend Tom to anyone that was looking for property in the Sarasota and Longboat Key area. If we had future needs for a realtor, we would not hesitate to use anyone except Tom.
