I cannot recommend Jim highly enough. Having dealt with a number of Realtors in the past, I can tell you that he was the best. He went above and beyond the call of duty in every instance and provided me with superb service. I have recommended Jim to several friends of mine who are thinking about moving to Sarasota, and I am sure they will be pleased as I was with his service. If I ever have occasion to buy a condo again, I would certainly use Jim to handle the transaction.

We can’t even begin to express our pleasure and satisfaction with the service we received and the results Jim D’Alessio obtained. We thoroughly enjoyed working with him. He was a wonderful personality and is easy to work with. He constantly kept us advised on the market, the showings and the comments made by others on our property. Best of all, he was able to sell the condo in a relatively short 4 months and at a reasonable price in what is obviously a very depressed market.

Christy Neff did a superior job of finding the perfect home for two ladies from California. With just a phone call she got the ball rolling. Staying up late nights and with very little sleep, she was always willing to run us around Florida. Then, wow, after long days of driving us everywhere, we found a really wonderful home. Thank you, Christy, you worked wonders for us.
