Maruta was fully prepared for each of our Longboat Key visits with a full calendar of showings, complete documentation on each property, and very good insights into the market and local buying issues. We made several offers and had a fairly complex negotiation with the seller. Maruta handled each of those efficiently and was very helpful in navigating the transaction. I have purchased and sold multiple homes but Maruta is far and away the best I have worked with.

I had never bought or sold a house by myself and needed someone who could walk me through it. I told Catherine exactly what I was looking for and I only wanted to spend one day looking at houses. We spent an entire Saturday looking and I fell in love with this house. I could not have asked for a more professional representative. And when it came time to sell my home, she sold it in 2 days. She really did her homework and we had it priced right.

The virtual tour of our condo, done under Catherine's direction, was absolutely superb. She held a viewing for brokers, advertised in various printed materials and numerous internet real estate websites and held innumerable open houses. Catherine makes you feel you are in the hands of someone who knows what is going on in the world of real estate

We were in Florida for 2 days. Catherine picked me up at the hotel and spent most of each day looking at homes. I was impressed with her organization skills and efficiency. Catherine offered ideas and opinions...worked many hours (for us), Catherine did a marvelous job. It was evident (Catherine) enjoyed and loved her work. We were very happy due in large part to her hard work and high ethical standards

Jim was terrific. Not only was he extremely professional (always showing up in a dress shirt and necktie) but he was thorough, his follow up was unbelievable and he got my home sold for a great price in less time than I thought it would take. I'm extremely grateful to him
