From the start Michael helped us narrow down our options and was very helpful when it came to looking at the maps, surveys and the circumstances surrounding each particular property – good and bad. Not only was he knowledgeable… he was fun! That makes the biggest difference. Michael has such an understanding and calming approach when dealing with the contract and the seller. We recently dealt with Michael for the purchase of a vacation property in Florida. What a wonderful experience. He was so helpful in every way. Maruta Miluns completely explained the advantages of purchasing versus renting. She supplied us with all the costs involved in ownership, choices of Insurance Companies, Title Service costs, etc., plus a number of other contractors who supply service in Whitney Beach. She simplified the process for us. Not only was it a pleasure dealing with Maruta, but her services were exceptional.
