Judy helped me and my brother sell the house we grew up in on Siesta Key. This was not an easy sale -- the house had plenty of maintenance 'issues'. Judy acted professionally at all times, gave us good advice and was a calming influence during the ups and downs of the selling process. I would happily recommend her to anyone selling their home.

We cannot say enough about the exceptional and personable experience of buying a home with Antaeus's expert help. As Canadians with little knowledge of Florida, we were very wary of dealing with a realtor whom we would not have much time to get to know. Antaeus took the time to get to know us as well as make us familiar with the surrounding area. We would gladly reccommend Antaeus to any of our friends or prospective buyers.

I am a Canadian investor and have not recommended a realtor in the past, but Beth Ann McFadyen's dedication, persistence, fairness, sincerity and attention to detail were exceptional and very satisfying. Will I use her again, certainly and will I recommend her for Sarasota (Florida) real-estate transaction, definitely.

This was a very pleasant, positive experience. Suzette was terrific! She listened carefully to our wishes. On her own initiative, she continually brought to our attention houses she thought were relevant to our search. She was very good at screening houses so we didn't have to waste time. She was in every way very professional. She found us a home and in the process we found someone we consider a friend

You have a real gem with Maureen and a goodwill ambassador for Longboat Key. (Her husband) Steve was also helpful (with meeting) the home inspector so we did not have to fly back down. What a special team you have. They feel more like famly than business acquantances. Their customer service is outstanding

Before I arrived to view potential condos, Drew canvassed the area and narrowed the field. The selections were great...and this process saved many hours. Drew revealed (my) very specific intentions to the seller...and within 24 hours, after intense negotiations, the deal was set. I have purchased many homes...and never had a real estate agent like Drew with this level of service. I strongly recommend him
