We just spent the month of March 2024. This unit is in a great location with easy access to Siesta Key, downtown and a variety of restaurants. The unit is attractive and the back yard is very peaceful. Ana is very responsive to any needs and a pleasant person to work with.

We were looking for a unique property. It was a two year search during which Bob and Carolyn's enthusiasm to help us never wavered. With their help we eventually found what we were looking for and more. After the sales agreement they were the ones that found us a mortgage company willing to work on an oddball property (a renovated church with a graveyard), found us a home inspector, the closing company, even found us someone to clean the property we were selling. All it took was a text or call and they were on it. They made the process of buying and selling a property very easy.
