For our recent purchase of a 1 ½ year old townhouse, we hired Olivia Marciniak as our realtor. Adam and Lenka where absolutely the best! This team is very knowledgeable of the area and zeroed in on our needs immediately. Meeting with us the same day of our call and working with the listing agent for a walk through asap. We have purchased many properties in the past but never in Florida. Meeting Adam and Lenka was like meeting with a lifelong friend that would do anything for you. The two of them went above and beyond to take care of our requests, always taking calls and setting up anything we requested. It was definitely great to find and work with such professionals being from out of town. We look forward to our time in Bradenton and I'm sure we will rely on Adam & Lenka as we settle in. Heather Hauser was a gift from God. She swooped into our vulnerable situation when we had little way of selling our property. We lived 45 mins away and Heather took care of every little detail for us. She even managed the plumbers who excavated our sewage pipe when it didn’t pass the dye test. She communicated everything clearly and answered our questions promptly, and attended the closing in our place as we moved across multiple states.
