Kathie was patient with our family throughout the year long homebuying process. She was a helpful resource, organized, and never pushy. She was always very quick to setup viewing appointments and treated all of our offers with top priority. When under contract, Kathie was able to line up the appropriate professionals to help with inspections and come up with the best course of action. We had to back out of a contract due to issues during the inspection, and Kathie was supportive during the process. We appreciate all of her guidance as we were able to find and close on a home that is everything we were looking for and more.
