The amount of time and energy Heather Hauser spent helping and guiding me through the sale of my mom’s home is just hard to believe. It started with the original appraisal. Shortly after, we needed that info for the nursing home admission. Heather expedited the preparation of the form they needed. That caring attention was much appreciated, right from the start. Heather guided me with every step in the process. She even met the radon inspector at the house. Heather was a godsend.

I’m very happy I decided to work with Lina to find my first ever office space. I had strict franchise requirements, a tight timeline, and changed directions more than once, but she handled it all with patience, professionalism, and calm confidence. She used resources within her office well, asked the right questions, and easily built rapport with landlords and their agents, which made the process smooth. She also had great response time, educated me on the corporate lease landscape, helped guide me to avoid missteps, and fought for some concessions in my lease that will absolutely help me out in the long run.
