I struggle to put into words how tremendous our experience has been with Janis and Ron. We literally feel blessed they came into our lives. Why is that? Certainly, Janis brings intimate knowledge about the Sarasota housing market - but that's expected of any realtor. And Ron brings an extensive legal background that simplifies the complex purchasing process - which was awesome and unexpected. But the bigger deal is this: These are two special people. Professionally, they excelled at listening, guiding us toward areas, refreshingly honest thoughts, responsiveness, attention to detail, and even insights about our likely future needs. But above all else, these are folks we loved being around because of their energy, humor, and personalities. With our house now closed, we miss them already! My feeling is Janis and Ron are in the real estate business primarily for the purpose of helping people, and anyone would be lucky to engage with them to buy or sell a property. Run - don't walk - if you have the opportunity to work with them.

Susie has a wonderful personality making the purchase experience quick, easy and painless. Susie was always prompt with return phone calls and through with researching options available in the market. She was very knowledgeable about the process status of city/county and home inspections. Conocí A Karin watt por un referido ….y tuve mala experiencia y ella me hace una llamado la conocí a la semana siguiente … y la conexión fue automática su trabajo fue excelente primero …. Yo en otra ciudad y las distancias son más complicadas y dedicación de señora watt pregunto que busca y que dinero tenía para invertir y con una sola conversación que hubo la dedicación y de ella fue fantástica y muy profesional. Nancy is a blessing. She took excellent care of my son who just closed on his first home today. Nancy is very professional and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond.
