We moved to Sarasota from South Carolina to specifically be near Benderson Park since my husband is a rower. Wow! I never have such and easy experience selling a home. Jennifer was ready to go from the phone call when looking for an agent. All of my exchanges with her were friendly and informative. She even chipped in helping me put a fence around the pool because of my age. After signing a few papers in a day or so we had multiple offers including one for exactly what we wanted.
